It seems ridiculous to me that the big baseball finale is called WORLD series, yet only American and Canadian teams play in it. Oh wait, that stupid games is barely played anywhere else outside those two countries. Trying to hit a ball with a stick. Most boring game ever besides American Football.

With each passing World Cup competition, I like the sport more and more. There is a global sense of community that American sports simply do not present. Even if you are the biggest baseball fan, trying to give soccer/football another chance. In terms of pure athletic ability, World Cup athletes are probably the best. Also, the fact that the English could not beat the colonists in the first match is a great start. Go USA!

I really tried, but I just can’t seem to muster up any enthusiasm for a sport that’s as likely as not to end in a “stunning” draw.
