The Brooklyn Eagle reports that Caswell F. Holloway IV has been appointed commissioner of the Department of Environmental Protection. He most recently served as chief of staff to Deputy Mayor for Operations Edward Skyler. Holloway is known for his report on the health impacts of 9/11.
