Bastille Day!

Ok, yesterday was really Bastille Day but Bar Tabac's annual fest took place today on Smith Street. Folks scarfed down merquez and played in the largest Petanque tournament in the United States.

    So true, except for the fact that that ain’t Brooklyn Heights.

    But yeah, Summer in Brooklyn has a lot of really great things going on, wherever one looks.

    In this general area (DUMBO, Bk Hts, CH, CG), love the evening concerts in Cobble Hill Park and music/arts events in the Fulton/DUMBO park as well.
