As a long-suffering Mets fan I should feel compelled to boycott them, but their slices are so good.

I’ll forgive them for their excitement. :-)

Yeah, my kid and I had a conversation this morning about whether we should still go there. I counseled that he live and let live. Last time, after they beat the Mets, my boycott lasted seven weeks.

I imagine those windows would have been shattered 56 years ago.

As a longtime Met’s fan, I respect the Yankees, but I really dislike many of their fans. That said, Fascati’s pizza is hands-down the best in the heights, so I could never boycott them. I would only be hurting myself. What bothers me most of all is when they are closed each year for the whole month of August!

“Yeah, give me a 1/2 pepperoni, 1/2 ticker tape. And a slice of crow for the Met’s fan.” I’ll have the latter, with a side of wait-until-next-year.
