These flags are part of a sculpture exhibit called Still Flying, sponsored by the Brooklyn Waterfront Artists' Coalition (BWAC), and on display at the Park through Saturday, August 25.

    BWAC has been off for a few years now, it used to be alot more fun, but with the requirements for membership, they have been losing quality members to more “sunday artists” in sculpture and especialy down in Red Hook
