I’ve run into Paul Giamatti in that theater like 3 times….does anyone know if he owns it?

I have no idea how this place stays in business. Whenever I attend a movie, there’s about 10 other people per show. Glad they’re still around and I like the movie selection.

I remember in the late 70’s and early 80’s, we were alowwed to bring notes from our parents to get us into rated “R” movies, of course we had been forging them. I saw Animal House there before I was 18..I am also glad its still around. I imagine they have switched owners since then. I dont believe Giamatti owns it, but he lives in the Heights. He probably digs there not being a huge crwowd there.
