Relax, the only major Brooklyn-related problems will be on the blue line this week, but if you've been following along, you knew that already. This would be a good weekend to check the status of the cherry blossoms at the Brooklyn Botanical Garden!
A, C: The MTA continues its blue line carnage this weekend. NO SERVICE between Jay Street/Borough Hall and Utica Avenue. Rumor has it that there's shuttle bus service for all stops in between. Think they can stop in front of Bread Stuy? Read the MTA Service Advisory for details.
And still no sight of the Coltrane.
N, R: All Brooklyn-bound trains skip Court and Lawrence Street stops (not to mention City Hall, Rector, and Whitehall street stops in Manhattan). Any other train to borough hall will be your best bet.
F: Coney Island-bound trains will be skipping 4th Avenue, Prospect Park, and Fort Hamilton Highway stops. However, 7th Avenue is safe. Yes, I copy-and-pasted this entry for the second week in a row.
