NY Post: Columbia Heights is Swanky

NY Post: Easy Streets: In Brooklyn's Columbia Heights, a home overlooking the Brooklyn Heights Esplanade and New York Harbor can go for as much as $10 million.

"You get the view, that's really what you're getting," said broker Terry Naini, vice president of Prudential Douglas Elliman.

"Dorris Cain, 79, has lived around the corner on Cranberry Street for more than 50 years and is amazed at how prices have taken off.

"I've lived here since the 1950s," she said, "and back then it was a poor man's choice as compared to Greenwich Village."
