This coming Saturday afternoon, May 14 from 2:00 to 6:00 don’t be surprised if you hear some sounds that make you think you’ve wandered into a revival of The Music Man. Brooklyn Bridge Park will be having its second annual Brass Bands Festival. Performances will range from Pier Six to Pier Three, all just below, and audible from, the Heights.
