Bargemusic’s weekend begins on Friday evening, October 18 at 7:00 when pianist Marc Peloquin (photo) performs “Fugues in Flight”, a concert of works by César Franck and by modern and contemporary composers David Shosl, Charles Ives, and David Del Tredici.
On Saturday evening, October 19 at 6:00, and again that evening at 8:00, the Pablo Ziegler Chamber Quartet will present the release concert for their new album Radiotngo.
On Sunday afternoon, October 20 at 2:00, violinist Daniel Kogan and pianist Nina Kogan will play works by Telemann, Ysaye, Paganini/Schnittke, and Ravel. Again on Sunday at 4:00 p.m. they will play works by Telemann, Kreisler, Ysaye, Paganini/Schnittke, and Chaussson.
On Saturday afternoon, October 19 at 4:00 there will be a free, family oriented “Music in Motion” concert, details here. Doors open at 3:45; first come, first seated.
