The condo conversion of 166 Montague seems to be moving along according to Brownstoner, unlike the current situation at 20 Henry Street:

Or, well enough, at least, that the developer has thus far avoided reducing the price on any of the 20 units in the building. Thus far, four units have gone into contract at prices ranging from $850,000 to $1,240,000. The 13 active listings right now are priced at an average of $1,034 per square foot.
