Tomorrow (Wednesday, April 3) at 6:30 p.m. (doors open at 6:00) the Brooklyn Reform Coalition will host a Mayoral Forum featuring candidates for the Democratic Party’s mayoral nomination in the election to be held this year. The Forum will be at the St, Francis College auditorium, 180 Remsen Street (between Clinton and Court).
Hal Friedman, president of coalition member club Independent Neighborhood Democrats, stated: “This Forum will provide an excellent opportunity to hear the candidates’ views on how they intend to make our city government work more effectively and fairly. In light of today’s troubling news, the Coalition is dedicated to helping the next Mayor fix what’s broken in New York City politics. We will identify and advocate for policies that counter the corrosive forces of corruption that hurt New Yorkers in a serious way.”
The event is free and open to all.
