Does a hot dog still make her lose control?
I love pointing out the Patty/Kathy house on Remsen to my visitors.

What number house on Remsen is it?

  • Jo

8 Remsen St, but it was called Remsen Drive in the show.

I remember the day the crew came down to shoot. I think it was only one day and only a couple of exterior shots. I remember getting Patty’s autograph on The Promenade, ships were in the piers then, no World Trade. Was Kennedy shot yet, hmmmm? I think I was ten and I was so ga-ga over the teenager. I remember her stand-in was very gracious and patient with a couple of us girls who hung out all day. The show put Brooklyn Heights on the map and allowed me to brag the rest of my childhood to my cousins in Erie, Pa.

I refuse to believe that Patty (or Cathy, for that matter) is 62 years old. I cannot believe it.

    How old is Ross now?

BTW–William Schallert, who played Patty’s dad (and Cathy’s dad on one show) is still around. He appeared on an episode of “The Suite Life of Zach and Cody” this past season.

Schallert is the workingest man in Hollywood!
