The Forbes Highlander yacht cruises by the Brooklyn Heights Promenade on Saturday afternoon. The ship, owned by the Forbes family, is 151 feet long and features "five guest staterooms, six salons, and six crew staterooms … a Bell Jet Ranger III helicopter, a 19-foot Cigarette, a 23-foot Donzi and 2 BMW motorcycles." Also on board — memorabilia from the Titanic and priceless works of art by Andy Warhol and others.
Launched in 1985, it's the fifth yacht named Highlander owned by the Forbes family. It's primarily used to enterain clients of the family's eponymous financial magazine.
