Brooklyn Heights Stars as DC in Burn After Reading

Thanks to EPC for directing us to the trailer for the upcoming Coen Brothers flick Burn After Reading which was filmed partially in Brooklyn Heights (posing as Washington D.C.) last year. Check out the trailer after the jump and see how many nabe scenes you can find. The film opens nationwide on August 27.

    The Coen’s have earned a tremendous amount of good will and deserve the benefit of the doubt, but I don’t know about that trailer. Brad Pitt was definitely trying way too hard. The Juno dad. Enough already. Anyway, I’ll probably be proven wrong and the Coens will once again deliver. I hope so anyway.

    Yeah, I saw the Heights in some of the quick cut shots towards the last 30 or 40 seconds of the trailer. The neighborhood looked nice. As always.
