The Brooklyn Bridge was closed to both auto and pedestrian traffic this morning for about one hour, reopening at about 10:45 a.m.
MYFOXNY.COM: The bridge was shut down about an hour earlier after the NYPD received a call about a suspicious looking flashlight on the pedestrian walkway. The flashlight had copper wire around it, the Associated Press reported.
The flashlight was examined and found to be harmless.
