The Danish Seamen's Church, 102 Willow Street (between Clark and Pierrepont) is having its annual Christmas Fair this evening and tomorrow. From 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. today, at the Church, you can enjoy a hot dog or Danish meatballs and potato salad, and get a start on your holiday shopping. Various Danish specialties will be for sale, including handmade glass ornaments, crafts, candles and foodstuffs. Tomorrow the action continues at both the Seamen's Church and at the Zion German Evangelical Lutheran Church, 125 Henry Street, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Danish specialties will continue to be sold at the Seamen's Church, and food, including open faced sandwiches, hot dogs and Danish pastry, will be served at the Lutheran Church. This year's fair will celebrate the 200th anniversary of Hans Christian Andersen.
