Things got going at 11:00 a.m. Saturday with the start of the Brooklyn Heights Association’s annual Halloween Parade on the Brooklyn Heights Promenade (photo above; “Read full story” for more photos).
Oscar the Grouch offered some wisdom to passers-by in the parade.
Plymouth Church’s Yankee Fair featured a pumpkin patch, along with many activities for kids, food, and shopping.
The youth rock group JAW entertained at 2023’s last Open Streets Montague.
