Another rainy forecast has caused the Montague BID to cancel Open Streets Montague for this weekend. The dogs will have to wait for their day, which was scheduled for this Saturday. However, the BID wants you to know that the New York Blood Center will have its Bloodmobile waiting for you at Montague Street between Clinton and Henry from 11:00 AM until 5:00 PM for donations. In the BID’s words:
Our hearts go out to everyone touched by the horrific events last weekend and the tragedies that continue to unfold.
If you want to do something immediately helpful, donate blood to help NYC get through the current blood emergency. While it won’t slow the chaos in the world, every donation will save up to 3 lives.
