This weekend — late Friday night, April 9 to early Monday morning April 12 — there will be no Brooklyn bound service at High Street and no C train service in either direction. Brooklyn bound A trains will be running on the F line from Canal Street in Manhattan to Jay Street-MetroTech, so will be stopping at York Street in DUMBO. Also, A trains will not be running between Jay Street and Utica Avenue in Brooklyn; shuttle buses will make stops between. Apart from the continuing closure of the 2/3 station at Clark Street, which may re-open this month, and that 2 trains will be running on a reduced schedule — approximately every 12 minutes — there are no service changes affecting 2, 3, or 4 train service at local stations. However, for those traveling into or from Brooklyn, Brooklyn bound trains will not be stopping at Bergen Street, Grand Army Plaza, or Eastern Parkway-Brooklyn Museum. To get to these stations, take a Brooklyn bound 2. 3. or 4 to Franklin Avenue-Medgar Evers College and catch a Manhattan bound train back to the skipped station.
The following work week — Monday morning, April 12 to Friday evening, April 15 — during late nights there will be no R train service in either direction, but N trins should be running normally. To get to or from Bay Ridge, transfer between an N train and a free shuttle bus at 59th Street.
These are the planned service changes directly affecting service at local stations. Always check MTA Info for unplanned service changes that may affect local service or service on other parts of your trip, or for planned service changes that affect stations to or from which you may be traveling.
