This coming Saturday, October 30, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM, St. Ann & the Holy Trinity Church will present “Mozart for Munchkins,” a “Spooktacular Kids Show” performed by the Brooklyn Chamber Orchestra directed by Philip Nuzzo. The concert will take place in the garden on the north side of the church, facing Clinton Street. You may purchase tickets here; kids are free with an adult ticket. On Saturday evening, Halloween Eve, if you will, from 7:00 to 8:30 the BCO returns, this time to the church itself, to present “Classical Halloween.” The concert includes works by Berlioz, Liszt, Saint-Saëns, Tartini, and Boito, and features performances by pianist Konstantin Soukhovetski, violinist Mialtin Zhezha, and bass singer Mikhail Svetlov, along with the Grace Chorale of Brooklyn. You may purchase tickets here; again, kids are free with an adult ticket.
