New York is officially 70% vaccinated! 💪
We’re lighting in a dynamic display of blue, gold & white sparkles with our mast rotating between “Renew”, “Rebuild”, “Reimagine”, “Ever Upward” & “New York State”, in celebration with @NyGov. #NYTough #ESBright pic.twitter.com/iOaX1Jr6ml

Also, effective immediately, all state-mandated restrictions are lifted in commercial and social settings.
Congratulations, New York!
70% of NYers have received a vaccine, and that number will continue to grow.
State-mandated restrictions are now lifted.
We've weathered an incredibly difficult storm, but our hard work and commitment paid off.
