Update: Start time for the parade has been moved forward one hour, to 9:30 a.m. Have kids? Wish there was a local Halloween-related event where you didn’t have to schlep all your stuff down (and back up!) a very steep hill? This is the event for you –The Pierrepont Playground Halloween Parade is this Sunday (10/27/2019)! Dress up as whatever characters the kids are into these days… a Beyblade? Pokémon? 20+ years later that’s still a thing? The Parade starts at 10:30am 9:30am, so make sure you tell them to be ready by 10 9. There will be baked goods and other refreshments for sale during and after the parade.
And speaking of baked goods, the event is still looking for folks to contribute to the sale! If you wish to show off your candied eye-balls, submit your name to the Pierrepont Park Halloween Parade sign up sheet!
