Subway Service Alerts: Brooklyn Heights and Nearby

Glory be! We have another green light weekend — Friday evening, February 8 to Monday morning, February 11 — with no planned (I stress planned) service changes directly affecting service at any local stations.

The following work week — Monday, February 11 to Friday, February 15 — each night from 10:45 PM to 5:00 AM, Brooklyn bound F trains will be diverted to the A line between West 4th Street and Jay Street-MetroTech. This means there will be no service from Manhattan to York Street in DUMBO. To get to Brooklyn from the LES stations on the F, take a Manhattan bound F to West 4th and change there for a Brooklyn bound A or F. Also, each night from 11:45 PM to 5:00 AM, there will be no 3 trains running in either direction, but 2 trains should be running normally, so there will be service at Clark Street and at the 2/3 platforms at Borough Hall.

For planned service changes that may affect travel on other parts of the system, either during the weekend or the following week, and for unplanned disruptions, see MTA Info.
