Brooklyn Historical Society Program on the “Gig Economy” Monday

On Monday evening, October 30 at 6:30 PM the Brooklyn Historical Society will present “Living Gig to Gig in NYC’s Freelance Economy.” Sara Horowitz, founder and executive director of the Freelancers Union, will lead “a lively discussion about the gig economy’s impact on New York City and the safety nets we need to support the 21st-century workforce.” Admission is $5, or free for BHS members.
