Photoville Has returned to Brooklyn Bridge Park this week, in its location under the Brooklyn Bridge. The photo (C. Scales for BHB) shows “The Fence,” which previews some of the photos to be shown during the event. Photoville will be open from noon to 10:00 p.m. Thursday, September 21 through Saturday, September 23, and from noon to 8:00 p.m. Sunday, September 24.
