This Thursday evening, August 4 at 7:00, BHS, in conjunction with Brooklyn Brainery, will present “Brooklyn Pizza: The Search for Authenticity”, a discussion featuring some of Brooklyn’s top pizza makers and moderated by pizza historian Scott Wiener. Who wouldn’t love to watch, or re-watch, a classic movie starring Cher and Nicholas Cage made right here in Brooklyn Heights? Next Monday evening, August 8, starting at 7:00 BHS, in conjunction with Brooklyn Based, will present a screening of Moonstruck, with introductions by film scribes Kristen Meinzer of Slate and Rafer Guzman of Newsday.
