Daniela Gioseffi, Brooklyn Heights Resident and Award Winning Author, to Speak at First Unitarian Sunday

The Eagle reports that Heights resident and National Book Award winner Daniela Gioseffi will speak on climate justice in a homily titled “Green World Rising” this Sunday, July 24 at the 11:00 a.m. service at the McKinney Chapel of First Unitarian Church, on Pierrepont Street between Monroe Place and Clinton. The many talented Ms. Gioseffi, who is a poet, novelist, critic, and performer, will also sing an Afro American spiritual and a Native American song. The event is free and all are invited.
