Poplar Street Gardening Party Saturday

The Poplar Street Community Garden (photo by C. Scales), located at the northwest corner of Poplar and Hicks streets, will hold a “gardening party”, to which all–adults and children–are invited, this coming Saturday, June 25 from noon to 3:00 p.m. The party will feature “hands-on gardening fun”, a “beekeeping show & tell”, light refreshments, music, and “gardening chatter.” It’s all free.

    Errr… this was already held, June 4th. The telling note is that Saturday is June 25th, not the 24th.

    Thanks for pointing out my error: it is this Saturday, the 25th. I’ve corrected the post. Hazards of posting at work. The event on the 4th was a different thing.
