Meanwhile, as the Eagle reports, Cobble Hill Association president Roy Sloane has resigned following a controversy over whether the CHA should participate, as Sloane favored, in a discussion arranged by City Council member Brad Lander, who represents Cobble Hill, between community representatives on one side and Fortis, along with its architects, on the other.
