The only change directly affecting service at local stations this weekend (11:30 p.m. Friday, July 31 to 5:00 a.m. Monday, August 3) is that there will be no 3 trains running. The 2 trains will be running, so there will be service at Clark Street and on the 2/3 platforms at Borough Hall. For those traveling deep into Brooklyn, 2 trains will be making all 3 stops between here and Franklin Avenue, and 4 trains will make all 3 stops between Nevins Street and New Lots Avenue. N trains will be running on the R line between Canal Street and Atlantic Terminal between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, so there will be additional service at Court Street, and you have an extra option to get there from Manhattan.
The following week, from Monday, August 3 to Friday, August 7, there are no planned changes directly affecting service at any local stations. Those traveling in the direction of Bay Ridge or from there should know that, from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Monday to Friday, no R trains will be running in either direction between 36th and 95th streets; free shuttle buses provide alternate service.
For planned service changes that may affect travel on other parts of the system, either during the weekend or the following week, see MTA Info or The Weekender.
