Welp, it looks like Brooklyn Heights and its surrounding area is about to experience a RECORD SETTING blizzard this week. Back in the 80s, when your humble publisher hosted an under-rated morning show in the middle of nowhere (now sorta somewhere), our weather dude would say “WE’RE GOING TO GET CLOCKED THIS WEEKEND BY SNOW.” Yes indeed, this seems to be the case.
Update: City schools are open tomorrow, and Regents testing will be given on schedule, but all after school activities for Monday are cancelled. No word yet on Tuesday. Schools are closed Tuesday (no surprise).
Update: Garbage pickup suspended indefinitely.

If the Brooklyn Heights Key Food is any indication…NYC has reached peak Cats and Dogs Living Together mode. #snowpocalypse

With #NYC blizzard imminent, neighbor in #BrooklynHeights is driving up Clinton St. with windows down, blasting Two Tickets to Paradise.
