Photoville, “a pop-up, modular venue built from shipping containers re-purposed into galleries exhibiting a wide array of cutting-edge photography,” will return for its third visit to Brooklyn Bridge Park beginning this coming Thursday, September 18. It will be open Thursdays through Sundays from September 18 through 28: Thursdays and Fridays from 4:00 to 10:00 p.m.; Saturdays from noon to 10:00 p.m.; Sundays from noon to 8:00 p.m. This year it will be located on the Pier 5 uplands, near the foot of Joralemon Street, the site previously occupied by Smorgasburg on Sundays. Smorgasburg has relocated to the Pier 2 uplands for its Sunday events, but will provide food and a beer garden at Photoville each time it is open. Details here.
