A BHB tipster tells us that the Standish Arms, which the Watchtower sold in 2007, has a new owner — or at least is under a different LLC than it was before. The tipster says that the building, now all rental, may be going co-op or condo.

In addition to not renting apartments past March 2015, they just came under ownership by “169 CH9 OWNER, LLC”, though still managed by the same company.
