The NY Daily News reports that the non-profit Housing Works will open a store in the Fishs Eddy location on Montague Street.

Housing Works, a nonprofit agency that fights homelessness and AIDS, will take over the lease and sell clothes, books, furniture and antiques starting in late January. "It's our first foray into Brooklyn, and it was our top [choice] neighborhood in Brooklyn when we were looking," said Matthew Bernardo, president of Housing Works Thrift Stores.
