People were trying hard to launch their kites, including this interesting clipper ship shaped one and the jet fighter beyond, but to no avail.
Getting this huge, octopus shaped kite up seemed a hopeless struggle, but the wind started to pick up and its head rose.
Soon there were lots of kites aloft, to the delight of all.
