A tipster attended yesterday’s soft opening of Mara’s Bakery and Café on 88 Livingston St. She reports that, “I stopped in for a coffee and cinnamon roll (quite tasty!). It’s a really cute and inviting place with a nice seating area where you can enjoy your pastry, sandwich, or gelato—seems like they have something for everyone. The staff was clearly getting up to speed, but everyone was friendly and seemed eager to please as they learn the ropes.” The shop officially opens today.
