Subway Service Alerts: Brooklyn Heights and Vicinity

It’s a green light weekend coming, as there are no planned cancellations or diversions directly affecting service at any local stations. The only glitch in service the following week is that, from 11:45 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Tuesday to Friday there will be no service to Manhattan from the Court Street station or from the R/N platform at Jay Street-Metro Tech, as the N train, which normally replaces the R on this route late at night, is being diverted over the Manhattan Bridge between Canal Street and DeKalb Avenue. Use the 2, 3, 4, or A as an option. There will be service from Manhattan at Court and Jay during these times on the Brooklyn bound Q train, which will be diverted to the R/N line. You can transfer from the N to the Q at Canal Street.

For other service cancellations, diversions and skipped stations in Manhattan, the Bronx, Queens, and deeper in Brooklyn, check MTA Info.
