    If each cat has a clipped ear, they are likely catch-and-release neuters (part of a feral colony) with no official owners. But some clipped cats do become adoptees.

    I dislike it as well – my “computer” is a cell phone and it is very hard to follow replies to comments because they get so narrow. I also have to log in every time I post a comment.

    I’ll admit, I haven’t had the guts to go outside when they’re there. And they’re usually there in the middle of the night anyway so I’m not particularly inclined to do so…

    Anyone know why there is a porta potty on the Columbia Heights sidewalk at Clark? Is this allowed? Not very appealing.
