135 Joralemon Sales Price Revealed

By Homer Fink on December 23, 2008 10:32 am in Real Estate

Brownstoner reports that the “Little House that Could” at 135 Joralemon Street sold for $4.189 million or 30% less than its original asking price.

The home was damaged by fire in 2006 and purchased in 2006 by contractor Howard Haimes for $2.4 million.  The renovated home was part of the BHA’s 2007 House Tour.
