St. Francis College is proud to announce the start of the Walt Whitman Writers Series, a new literary program that brings top contemporary authors to campus to share their work and writing experiences with students, faculty and the entire Brooklyn community. The inaugural speaker will be acclaimed author Jonathan Lethem, a Brooklyn native who has penned The New York Times Best Seller The Fortress of Solitude, as well as the highly praised Motherless Brooklyn and his most recent novel, You Don’t Love Me Yet. The event, Thursday November 6 at 4:00pm will include a reading and talk by Lethem as well as a question & answer session.
