BHS Presents French Baroque Concert

This coming Saturday, December 3, starting at 7:00 p.m., the Brooklyn Historical Society, 128 Pierrepont street (corner of Clinton) will present “Sortilège d’Amour!, the French Cantata” by BaroQue Across the River (photo), featuring soprano Michèle Eaton, flutist Kathy McDonald, violist Lisa Terry, and Harpsichordist Dongsok Shin (see musician bios here). The program includes Rameau’s Orphée, Rossignols amoureaux, and Pièces de clavecin en concert #3, as well as Campra’s Arion. Tickets are $20, or $15 for BHS members, and may be purchased here or at the door.
