Pottery Demonstration at Brooklyn Women’s Exchange Sunday

Accomplished Potter and Brooklyn Heights native Drew Montgomery (photo) will demonstrate his skill at the wheel this Sunday afternoon, November 20, from 2:00 to 4:00, at the Brooklyn Women’s Exchange, 55 Pierrepont Street (between Henry and Hicks). According to Exchange member Roberta Smith:

Drew has taught pottery at the Greenwich House in Manhattan as well as other studios in the metropolitan area. All of his students are in awe of how thin he can throw a huge bowl and the uniformity of the thickness of the “walls” — a true master potter right here in our midst.
