An elderly man was struck by a hit and run driver yesterday afternoon around 3:41pm at Cadman Plaza. Eyewitnesses say, the driver tried to shake the man off of his hood by swerving the vehicle. Once that was accomplished, the driver sped away and the victim fell to the pavement. According to reports the victim will survive. Police are looking for a silver sedan with Pennsylvania plates. From 1010 WINS: The man was struck at around 3:41 p.m. while crossing Montague Street at Cadman Plaza in Brooklyn Heights. The elderly man was carried on the hood of the car for about two blocks before he fell off, police said.
