Iris Cafe Owner Rachel Graville Judges “Jerk Off”
Iris Cafe on Columbia Place in Willowtown, loves her beef jerky. Stephanie Klose, writing for NY Serious Eats, also loves Graville’s Gerald Jerky. So, its no surprise that Graville has been chosen to be one of the judges at the perhaps inevitably named “World’s Biggest Jerk Off”, to be held tomorrow (Sunday, January 23) at The Bell House, 149 7th Street in Gowanus, starting at 4:00 p.m. Ten dollars admission gets you all the jerky you crave, and you can learn how to de-bone a venison haunch.
