If “October”, along with foliage, pumpkins, the World Series, and choosing a Halloween costume, brings to your mind thoughts of steins, sausages, and sauerkraut, you should pay a visit to Zion German Evangelical Lutheran Church, 125 Henry Street (between Clark and Pierrepont) tomorrow for their Oktoberfest. The festivities, which go from 3:30 to 8:00 p.m., feature “authentic German food and music”. On the menu are bratwurst, sauerkraut, red cabbage, potato salad, beer, desserts, and coffee, tea, and soda. If you reserve by calling 718-852-2453 the cost for a complete dinner and entertainment is $16 for adults, $13 for seniors or students, and $9 for children. At the door it goes up to $21/$16/$12.
