Curtis Martin Nixes BBP

Former New York Jet star Curtis Martin has decided not to move into One Brooklyn Bridge Park's $7.25 million penthouse, the NY Post reports today: 

New York Post: Ex-Jet Turns Down…:The so-called "sky house" Martin was eyeing will consist of a 4,638- square-foot triplex with breathtaking, 360-degree views of the Manhattan and Brooklyn skylines from inside the long-delayed state-planned park.

    I guess Curtis finally realized what most of us already know, prices will keep falling, this would be a grossly overpaid pad……….with 2008 being the worst year in 2 decades for the NY real estate market….economists predict 25% decreases….not even Manhattan will be spaired…..
