The Brooklyn Heights Shoe Master repair shop in the Clark St. 2/3 station is re-open after receiving minor damage yesterday.
Some electronics, including a television and the store’s phone, were damaged after a 4-inch water main pipe above the store burst, the owner told BHB.
However, he remained positive after being able to fully re-open his store today.
“It could have been worse,” he said. “It was just water.”
The owner stayed until nearly 1 a.m. cleaning up and preparing to re-open his store. He said he was talking with the landlord about the damages.
