The Brooklyn Eagle reports today that 100 Clark Street (aka 1 Monroe Place) is among the buildings for sale in a nine property portfolio recently placed on the market. Eastern Consolidated is representing the seller. The paper adds that the building has Landmarks approval to increase total square footage from 1,950 to 9,750 square feet. The broker's listing adds that the property is 100% vacant, opening it up to a number of renovation possibilities. No price has been announced for the portfolio.
