This weekend, late evening Friday, October 4 to early morning Monday, October 7, just like last weekend there will be no service at the 4/5 platforms at Borough Hall, as 4 service to and from Brooklyn will be suspended and 5 trains do not serve Brooklyn on weekends. 2 and 3 trains should be running normally and, for those traveling to and from Brooklyn, 2 and 3 trains will make all 4 stops between Borough hall and Franklin Avenue-Medgar Evers College, and 3 trains will be making all the stops from Franklin Avenue-Medgar Evers College to New Lots Avenue normally served only by 4 trains. Those traveling to or from the East Side of Manhattan can change between the 4 or 5 and the 2 or 3 at Fulton Street. This 4 train suspension will last until October 21. There will also be no Brooklyn bound C train service at High Street, as Brooklyn bound C trains will be re-routed to the F line between 34th Street-Herald Square and Jay Street-MetroTech. A trains should be running normally in both directions. On Saturday and Sunday there will be extra daytime service in both directions at Court Street and the N/R platforms at Jay Street-MetroTech, as N trains, which normally follow the Q line during daytime, will be re-routed to the R line. R trains should be running as normal.
The following work week, Monday morning, October 7 through Friday evening, October 11, late nights Monday to Tuesday through Thursday to Friday there will be no 3 train service to or from Brooklyn. 2 trains should be running normally, and 4 trains will make 3 train stops between Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center and New Lots Avenue. L ate nights Monday to Tuesday through Wednesday to Thursday there will be only Manhattan bound service at Court Street and at the N/R platforms at Jay Street-MetroTech, as Brooklyn bound N trains will be re-routed to the Q line between Canal Street and DeKalb Avenue and R train service will be suspended in both directions between Whitehall Street-South Ferry in Manhattan and 59th Street in Brooklyn all late nights this week.
